All Hollow's Eve

This year I decided Bea was big enough for some of Bailee's old costumes.  We had fun rummaging through the costume box looking for the smallest ones.  There were some crazy ones too, like the time I made Greg be a slice of pizza.  He sure is a good sport.  Anyway, Bethanie tried on a princess Belle dress, a pumpkin and an princess Jasmine costume.  When I asked her what she wanted to be she said a kitty cat.  What?  Not one of the cute costumes I had made twenty years ago?  They were still cute, I promise.  Nope a kitty cat.  So here she is as adorable as ever:

Bea had more like a halloween week rather than one day. She wore her costume three times. Once for Tippy Toes dance, again for our church trunk or treat party and finally on Halloween night so she could hand out candy to all the neighborhood kids.  She would race her dad to the door with candy in hand.

With our pumpkins.  She loved digging out the insides and helping poke holes for the designs.  Of course, we had to cut a kitty pumpkin.
The members of our church really get into the dressing up thing so Greg and I couldn't be party poopers, however, I lack creativity when it comes to costumes.  So we went easy peasy as Lois Lane and good ole Clark Kent.  There's nothing like a costume that only requires press passes, glasses and a superman shirt.
